House of Barqat is a corporate gifting company working with businesses across India. We help companies choose, brand and deliver gifts that represent them well — to employees, clients, partners and guests.
Where we are
We are new, and we would rather say so
This is a young business. We could fill this page with client counts, years of experience and delivery statistics, and you would have no way of checking any of it. Plenty of gifting websites do exactly that.
We would rather earn the enquiry a different way: by being specific about what we can do, how we work, what a given budget realistically buys, and where the limits are. If you are comparing vendors, that should be easier to evaluate than a number nobody can verify.
What we bring is judgement about the thing that actually decides whether corporate gifting works — the gap between a gift someone keeps and a gift someone quietly leaves behind. Everything on this site is organised around closing that gap.
When we do have clients willing to be named and quoted, they will appear here with their permission, and not before.

Six things we hold to
These are the rules we apply to every brief, and the reason our shortlists look the way they do.
The gift has to stand on its own
Our test for every product is simple: would someone keep this if the logo were not on it? If the answer is no, it is merchandise, not a gift, and it will end up in a drawer.
Budget first, taste second
Corporate gifting is a budget decision before it is an aesthetic one. We would rather be told the per-gift figure at the start and build to it than present something you were never going to approve.
A shortlist beats a catalogue
Sending a buyer a thousand products is not service, it is offloading the work. We narrow to a handful that fit the brief and explain why each one is on the list.
Say what is not possible
If a timeline is too tight or a budget will not carry the idea, you should hear that during the shortlist conversation — not in the week the gifts were due.
Packaging is part of the gift
Most of the impression is made before anything is taken out of the box. We specify packaging for the journey as well as the moment, because a dented box undoes the whole gesture.
One person, start to finish
The person who takes your brief stays with it through approvals, production and dispatch. Nothing gets lost in a handover between a sales desk and an operations desk.

Receive curated options
A shortlist built to your budget and recipient group — not a full catalogue to wade through. Usually three to six options.

Customise and approve
Branding, packaging and personalisation are finalised. Where the order warrants it, a sample is produced before you confirm.

We pack and deliver
Production against the approved specification, then dispatch to one address or many, against the schedule agreed with you.
