This page explains how corporate gifting orders move from approval to delivery. Because gifting orders are produced to a specification rather than picked from stock, timelines depend on the product and the customisation involved — every order gets a dated schedule confirmed before it is placed.
Order flow
- You share the requirement: occasion, quantity, budget per gift and delivery date.
- We return a shortlist with indicative pricing.
- Branding and packaging are finalised, and a mock-up is approved.
- Where the order warrants it, a physical sample is produced and approved.
- Production runs against the approved specification.
- Gifts are packed and dispatched to the addresses agreed.
Timelines
Indicative production time after approval is 7–14 working days, and sample turnaround is 3–5 working days. Festive gifting should begin 4–6 weeks before the festival, because options narrow sharply as a festival approaches.
These timelines are indicative and are confirmed per order at the quotation stage. Do not treat them as a commitment until they appear on your order confirmation.
Delivery locations
We arrange delivery across India, including multi-location dispatch for distributed teams. Yes, to multiple addresses from a single order — you share an address sheet and we dispatch against it, which is the usual arrangement for distributed teams and remote joiners.
International delivery is not offered at present.
Minimum quantities
Minimums depend on the product and the customisation method. Our current indicative minimum is 25 pieces; engraving and printing generally allow lower quantities than custom-manufactured items. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm what is workable.
Packaging
Gifts are packed for the journey as well as the moment they are opened. Where gifts go to individual home addresses, outer protective packing is used in addition to the gift box itself.
If something goes wrong
Tell us within a reasonable period of delivery, with photographs where the issue is physical damage, and we will agree a replacement or another remedy. Because corporate gifts are produced to your specification and often carry your branding, they are not returnable simply because a decision has changed.
Invoicing
Yes, GST invoice provided on every order. Payment terms are set out on the quotation and order confirmation.
