Terms of Use

Last updated: Not yet published

To confirm: This policy is a template. Have it reviewed by a legal adviser and adjusted to your actual practices before the site goes live.

These terms govern your use of this website. Orders placed with House of Barqat are additionally governed by the quotation and order confirmation issued for that specific order, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

About the content on this site

Product descriptions, images and prices on this website are indicative. They illustrate the kind of gifting we produce; they are not an offer to sell at a stated price.

  • Prices shown are starting points per unit and exclude taxes.
  • Final pricing depends on quantity, customisation method, packaging and delivery.
  • Product availability, materials and finishes vary and may be substituted with equivalents.
  • Images are representative; the delivered item is confirmed at the approval or sampling stage.

Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is formed only when we issue an order confirmation and you accept it, along with any advance payment terms set out there. Specifications, quantities, branding artwork and delivery dates are as recorded in that confirmation.

Branding artwork

Where you supply a logo or other artwork for application to gifts, you confirm that you own it or are licensed to use it, and that its use on the gifts does not infringe anyone else's rights. We produce against the mock-up you approve; changes after approval may affect price and timeline.

Intellectual property

The design, text and images of this website belong to House of Barqat unless stated otherwise. You may share links to the site and download the catalogue for internal business use.

Limitations

This website is provided as it stands. We take care with its content but do not warrant that every detail is current or error-free. Nothing on this page limits liability in any way that would not be permitted under applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
